  4. Ny: back in my old shit. Posts please. I just resigned from my work. It's spiralling down, for no particular reason. The resurfacing of the sickness is abrupt like a fart. It's almost mystical, the spiralling down. Remember my last post? I'm one of the most articulate people I know when it comes to describing emotions, so you know the last time was almost probably complete bliss. Now it's gone and I can't even remember how it felt, that almost pure bliss and content state. It's boring and kind of upsetting, obviously, this dealing with the shit that's coming out again. The exit strategy is back. Watch and read Cloud Atlas. It's a sweeping generality and might not be a justice to David Mitchell's work but it made me stop crying for at least 3 hours because I was crying hard in the jeep for no reason and this is crazy and I just met you so here's your number so call yourself maybe. I'm crazy, which is still reassuring.

  5. ny: Hannilou I will be in Manila Dec 30, I want to see you! I have something for you but I'm not gonna tell that it's a brand new hardbound copy of David Foster Wallace's Pale King so I won't ruin the surprise. I won't also ask if you already have a copy of the book so I can give it to someone else, which is a hard thing to do since not all people I know deserve to know what DFW last wrote.

    Email me the phone number.

  8. Deleted. Too late probably, pero sagdi lang, kamo ra pud duha ni gmazeroom ang mag suruyan dire.

Why is probably the obvious question to ask, but di lang ko, it's such a philosophical question ug kapoy mag huna-hana, probably the reason why I've never read Sartre's Nausea, even though I've had the book with me for 2 years already ug dali ra siya basahon kay nipis ra siya. But you know, it was sort of inspiring, being happy with work is rare these days. So I'm actually sad that you resigned.

I'll email you the number. And thanks in advance for the DFW. :)
